If a title will not play or a feature is not working, include the title name, your device and browser, and a description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Please do not send passwords or payment information.

Content and business inquiries

For licensing, partnerships, or press inquiries, include your name, organization, and the purpose of your message. For content inquiries, identify the title and your relationship to its rights holder.

Privacy and account requests

Use the same email address for privacy questions or an account-data deletion request. We may need to verify your request before making account changes. Our Privacy Policy explains how JOONBO handles data and your choices.
