JOONBO Terms

Updated October 8, 2026. JOONBO provides its own rights-cleared movies, shows, and channels where available. Availability may change with rights and technical conditions.

Use of the service

You may use JOONBO’s viewer features for personal viewing through the provided player. You may not copy, redistribute, sell access to, or bypass access controls for content without authorization. Titles, artwork and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Accounts and access

Some features require sign-in. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information when contacting support. Administrative, creator and filmmaker delivery tools are restricted to authorized users. Do not share private delivery links outside the intended partner.

Availability and playback

JOONBO is currently in beta. Catalog availability can vary by territory, licensing window, device and technical readiness. Features or titles may change, and uninterrupted playback is not guaranteed. Report playback problems through Contact Us.

Ratings and family viewing

Use supplied ratings and descriptions to help choose content. Parents and caregivers are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for children in their care.

Copyright and rights concerns

If you believe a title or artwork is used without authorization, email the contact below with the affected title, page URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and information explaining the concern. JOONBO will review the report.

Advertising

JOONBO is a free, ad-supported service. AdSense display advertising is disabled during approval remediation. Video ad delivery is a separate system and may depend on provider configuration, consent and inventory. An account does not guarantee an ad-free experience.

Connected services

The optional YouTube connection shows links to channels you subscribe to. You authorize this access on Google’s consent screen and can disconnect it in My Services. By using the YouTube connection, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube controls its own sign-in, playback, availability, and account. Spectrum and other external links open their services under their own terms.
